Fourchain Academy offers training, coaching, and educational programs in technology, blockchain, AI, software development, and other IT-related subjects. We may amend/update these Terms at any time without notice. By continuing to use our services, you agree to accept the changes made.
All information on our website, brochures, and marketing material is there for general information purposes, and the services we offer may change, depending on the development of the curriculum.
Your confirmation of enrollment in any course is conditional upon successful registration and payment of fees. You, as students, must complete the enrollment form with accurate and truthful Personal and contact details.
Fourchain Academy will not be liable to the learner for any communication errors to/from learners due to incorrect information supplied by the learner. We may request copies of supporting information to be verified to determine eligibility, which may include educational or professional background, where required.
Before commencing training, all course fees must be required to be fully paid in advance. All course fees paid are non-refundable unless Fourchain Academy cancels/discontinues a course. All discounts, offers, and promo codes can only be applied to a registration at the time it is registered for and cannot be subsequently applied retrospectively.
Fourchain Academy has the right to suspend and/or discontinue access to a course if fees are unpaid after the agreed-upon timeframe. Since training programs are offline, depending on the courses available for training, Fourchain Academy reserves the right to change the training schedule, teachers, and course modules if and when necessary.
Students must be able to bring the necessary devices and software tools to effectively engage in all online learning. You are not permitted to share, distribute, or resell your course materials, recordings, and/or login credentials for the action of educational purposes.
All study materials, recorded lectures, courseware, and digital assets provided by Fourchain Academy are the intellectual property of Fourchain Academy. Students are not permitted to duplicate, distribute/ commercialize the entire agenda of training materials generated. Students may only use it for personal learning purposes.
Students are expected to act professionally and behave with discipline during the training program activities. Any intimidation or other objectionable behaviour and or misuse of the Academy platform will result in immediate removal.
